CrossFit Mobility & Recovery Certification

Went to Austin today and got my mobility and recovery certification, I learned alot about mid line stabilization and flexibility and how these things can help movement and how you perform in a wod.

  2. Blaine...i love that you are still learning....today was good, but i'm thinking i should have pushed myself a bit more on the weight (i used 15's) and the HSPU (i did knees, maybe should have used my toes.....
    i'm 4 days into a 30 day clean-eating experiment(whole30) and was I ever glad this morning.....

  3. Blaine, I was not able to make the 5am class this morning because Kate was up all night. I am planning on coming to the 6pm class. I wanted to let you know that Kade will not be at Xplosive U this week or next due to camps. He will be going to his cardiologist on June the 21st and I plan on telling her exaclty what his workouts consist of and making sure she is 100% ok with him doing this. I want to make sure he is fit but I also want his heart to hold out for the rest of his life. He loves coming to your classes and he really enjoys your style of coaching. If you need to fill his spot, I understand. We hope to resume after the 21st. I also need a list of the classes and times. I know some changes have been made. Like there is no 9:30 class anymore and you teach a 7am class now. I need flexibility because of my 4 kids and Marshall's work schedule. Let me know when you can. I will see you tonight.

  4. Hey Blaine! Totally appreciated the programming this morning - good stuff. Can't wait to see what else you've got in store for us in the coming weeks.
    Seriously, though, we need to find a way to use sweat as an alternate energy source - I think we could power a small village with Kevin's contribution alone...

  5. It was great to have you back. I will say this for myself but I am sure others feel the same way. CrossFit Centex is my "box" buy you are my coach. I appreciate your efforts not only to make yourself better but us as well. I too look forward to what you have planned. I think it will be hard as hell but I still look forward to it. And Lara, Kevin's father always told him if you are going to do something be the best. That's why he sweats the way he does. Who all is going to do the Man Games on the 26th?
