Team Row
Everyone killed this workout, when we team up everyone gets really competive and that gets me all fired up. Friday should be a great workout I want to make sure everyone pushes hard and lets try not to fall on the ground afterwards, lets walk around when you finish that way you know you destroyed it.
damon has a personal rule about laying down after working out (ever noticed that he NEVER does it?) it's based on inspiration from a story he read.....
ReplyDeletemy plan for friday's wod? give it ALL i got, then walk it out....who's in?
Ok, y'all are gonna have to give me more of an explaination on this subject. Why can I not flop on the ground when I'm done? Maybe I need to hear the story in order to be inspired enough to stay upright.
ReplyDeleteNow that you mention it Sally, I don't recall ever seeing Damon lay down when he's done.
Hey Blaine - really enjoyed the tough programming this week!
ReplyDeleteIn light of how things went with WOD 2 at the games, I'd really like you to call me out if my reps are not up to par, please, and you don't have to be nice about it, either. I want to make sure that I am doing the full range of motion and the appropriate body mechanics to get the full benefit of the movement - and I really don't want to get called out at the next competition. If full ROM becomes routine, then it won't even be an issue I have to concern myself with the next time I've (or we've) got a tough judge. Thanks again! Looking forward to next weeks tortures... I mean WODs.
No more flopping for me!! The law has been thrown down, brother. I sounded like Damon, didn't I? I will follow the quote from the movie Over the Hedge when RJ tells another character after being hit by a ,I believe, to , "Walk if off, walk it off..."
ReplyDeleteMeant to write hit by a car=sorry I left you hanging.
