Great job everyone on todays workout, it was little different doing burpee's then going to a power clean and press who would of thought that combination could of happened. Oh wait this is crossfit anything can happen.
That was tough for me. I know it's supposed to be, but like I said this morning, I have just been struggling through my workouts lately. Thanks for staying after me. I needed it. I am guessing after a month of this you'll start whipping me into shape...or I will die.
Today was fun. The times I stopped, I really felt like I had nothing in the tank. My time probably should have been better. The KTEs tore up my hands. I hope nothing tomorrow requires grabbing a bar.
Really enjoyed this workout. I was pleased that I was able to move the Rx'd weight well.
I think that I need to start scaling the Rx'd weight up some, especially for WODs like these. I'm really trying to look towards doing sectionals as an individual next year, and am excited and confident that your programming is going to well prepare me for it - I think that if I start scaling up the weight little by little, I will be ultra prepared for the women's Rx'd weights in competition.
Are there any other women out there wanting to compete next year that are sticking with Blaine? - Kristi M, maybe?
